Clinical Education with Dr. Lucinda Canty & Tempestt S. Latham EdD (c), MPH, CHES, RDH

Evidence-based, culturally responsive health guidance covering:

  • PCOS — symptoms, diagnosis, and long-term management
  • Fibroids — understanding types, racial disparities, treatment, and advocacy
  • Contraception & Fertility — options, family planning, and reproductive rights

Artistic Expression with Sun Queen & Carefree Dandelion

Three spoken word performances woven throughout the session celebrating:

  • Women's Strength & Resilience
  • Empowerment & Advocacy
  • Sisterhood & Community

Wellness Tea Bar curated by Margo Jones

Sample and shop wellness tea blends including spearmint (PCOS support), red raspberry leaf (uterine health), ginger-turmeric (anti-inflammatory), chasteberry (hormone balance), and green tea (metabolic support).


Local artwork will be on display, giving community artists a space to share their work.
