Once a committed revolutionary, Bob (Leonardo DiCaprio) now lives off the grid in a haze of paranoia, raising his fiercely independent daughter, Willa (Chase Infiniti). When his long-absent nemesis (Sean Penn) reemerges after sixteen years and Willa suddenly disappears, Bob is forced back into action. As he searches for her, both father and daughter must confront the lingering consequences of his past.
