Chris D'Amato at 2nd Home Restaurant/Lounge

Thursday, October 2nd, at 6:30, 2nd Home is thrilled to have Chris D'Amato as a new addition to our Thursday Jazz/Blues nights.

Chris D'Amato, aka Smokin' Opey, (https://chrisdamatomusic.weebly.com) has been playing blues guitar professionally for the past 30 years. Whether Chris is

coaxing sounds of the Delta from his steel bodied National guitar, fingerpicking piedmont style rags or flatpicking colorful melodies on a vintage gibson, one can hear every style of Americana he has absorbed along the way. Chris’s guitar

playing will surely captivate fans of true roots music. Chris is a two-time Connecticut Blues Society solo/duo finalist and a finalist at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, Tennessee.
