Tween Event! Spaghetti and Marshmallows
Hop River State Park Trail - Participants will be given the opportunity to ride as a group with a leader, or at their own pace and their own distance. This will allow riders to enjoy the historic and geological “whistle stops” at their own convenience. Registered participants will be given a map to assist in finding the hidden gems of the Hop River State Park Trail. There will be support staff along the entire route, a SAG ride if you need that option, and rest, water, and snack stops at suggested turn-around options. The ride and support ends at 4 pm.

Join the 15th Annual Kids to Parks Day this May!
Kids to Parks Day is a national day of outdoor play celebrated annually on the third Saturday of May. The day connects kids and families with their local, state, and national parks and public lands through thousands of park events that promote discovery and exploration in the great outdoors.
All ages are welcome to join in the kids to park day events.
Join Bolton Recreation Director Stephanie Crane and the Conservation Commission for an afternoon at Indian Notch Park! Yard games, crafts, and fun for all!

Bring a picnic for lunch and spend the afternoon in the park!
Scavenger hunts and nature crafts will be provided on a first come first serve basis.
Join the Conservation commission at 2:30pm for "Why is a Watershed important”, and learn what the Bolton Lakes Watershed Conservation Alliance does.
Watch the Regatta on the lake, and toward the end of the event we will have a special guest row over to show us their boat! :)
The event is free to the community! Invite your family and friends to come along.
Kids to Parks Day
EHHD will present a 4-part program on self-monitoring your blood pressure. These sessions are intended for people with uncontrolled hypertension or have two or more risk factors for hypertension. This program will stretch over 4 sessions; two in-person and two remote. The in-person sessions will take place at Bentley Memorial Library on May 5th and May 19th at 6:00. The remote sessions will take place on May 7th and 14th, also at 6:00. The remote sessions may be done at your home or you may choose to come to Bentley for technical guidance and a group viewing. A free home blood pressure monitor will be offered to those who complete all 4 sessions. Registration is required and may be done through Eastern Highland Health District (EHHD) by phone:
