Now in its 10th year, the Norwalk NICE Festival is Connecticut's premier multicultural celebration — and this year's milestone anniversary promises to be the biggest and best yet.

Presented by the Norwalk International Cultural Exchange (NICE), a volunteer-led nonprofit, the festival brings together thousands of attendees for a full day of live entertainment, global cuisine, and cultural discovery at Oyster Shell Park in South Norwalk.

The event features two stages with 24+ live performances spanning Reggae, Latin, Rock, R&B, Folk, and World Music, alongside traditional dance from African, Flamenco, Balinese, Latin, and Garifuna traditions. More than 50 vendors offer international foods, artisan crafts, and community resources — making it a true one-stop celebration of the diversity that defines Norwalk and Fairfield County.
