Beth Reel is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy and a Level 2 Certified Mindful Outdoor Guide with the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership. Forest Bathing is an evidence-based practice in which participants are led on a slow, mindful walk in a natural setting, resulting in benefits such as reduced stress, increased feelings of well-being and happiness, and more.

 

These experiences build communities and help them thrive in many ways, including:

  • Improved levels of creativity
  • Reduced participant stress, heart rate, and cortisol levels
  • Improved participant connection to themselves and nature
  • Increased levels of happiness and feelings of well-being
