This special menu features ruby-glazed corned beef with currants and apricots, served alongside oven-roasted cabbage wedges, traditional colcannon—super-creamy mashed potatoes with cabbage, scallions, butter, and cream—sage-roasted sweet carrots, and freshly baked Irish soda bread with caraway and golden raisins. The experience concludes with a sweet touch: shamrock cookies.
