This program is designed to promote healthy aging through proper dietary habits and nutritional awareness tailored to older adults. As individuals age, their nutritional needs evolve due to changes in metabolism, health status, and lifestyle. This program provides evidence-based guidance to help seniors make informed food choices, manage chronic conditions, maintain a healthy weight, and support overall well-being.
This program is made possible by a generous grant from the Northwest CT Community Foundation Khurshed Bhumgara Fund.
