This workshop will cover the fundamentals of wheel throwing with an emphasis on individual experimentation and expressive design. Explore surface techniques such as sgraffito, slip trailing and glaze applications.

Our theme this year is outer space! Drop-in any time between 5:30 and 7:30 and stay for as long or as little as you want. Grab your bag. Enjoy a scavenger hunt, crafts, ice cream, and some outdoor games. All kids and teens are welcome to participate.

Youth Civic Challenge
Basic Italian I, a 13-session beginner class, will be held on Thursdays, May 8 to July 31, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. The class will cover pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, conversation, and culture. The required text is Learn Italian the Fast and Fun Way by Marcel Danesi, Barron's Publisher, any edition, available online at abebooks.com and other retailers.
