The William L. Besse Municipal Swimming Pool is scheduled to open from June 21, 2025 - August 31, 2025. Join us for our Opening Day Pool Party on June 21st starting at 1pm and enjoy ice cream, music, games, and more! Get your summer started at the Besse Municipal Pool!
Pool Passes can be purchased in person at the Recreation office or online at CommunityPass.
Opening Day Pool Party
The Tour is a charity ride to benefit the Cancer Care Fund of the Litchfield Hills. It starts and ends at Coe Park, Torrington, CT. There are rides of 100, 75, 55, 30 and 12 miles. All the roads are paved.
The registration fee is $50 and folks can register at Bikereg.com. There is a free picnic after the ride and participants receive a free t-shirt.
