Bilingual Story Time at the Gunn Jr Library

We’re excited to offer a series of interactive bilingual story times in English and French! Each session will feature engaging stories, a literacy-focused book, and hands-on crafts that encourage creativity and a love for language. Come celebrate culture, learning, and community with us!

Mia Bitar is a rising senior at the Lycée Français de New York, a bilingual school in New York. She is fluent in both French and English and speaks both at home. She has attended programs at the Gunn Memorial Library since she was in preschool and has volunteered and worked there the past three years. She is delighted to bring this bilingual, French/English story time to the children in the Gunn Junior Library community.
