The Holley Boarding House: Inspiring American Impressionism explores how entrepreneurial women enabled Holley House to become the setting for the Cos Cob art colony, the first Impressionist community in Connecticut, and among the earliest in the nation. This exhibition showcases hidden paintings and items from our collection as well as items from the house on display in an exhibition for the first time.
