The Town Wide Tag Sale is Saturday, June 14th from 8AM - 12PM.
There will be tables set up at John Pettibone Community Center, 2 Pickett District Rd in addition to those having tag sales at their home!
A link to the map of houses included in this event will be available once registration has closed. Addresses will also be listed below.
Vendors can begin setting up at 7 AM.
All houses registered will be added to our town-wide tag sale map.
All interested participants must register by June 12th to be included on the map.
There are several ways for you to be a part of this town-wide event...
1) Have a tag sale at your house.

2) Get together with neighbors and have a group tag sale.

To take full advantage of all promotions, you must pre-register for this event. The registration fee will cover advertising, sign for you to post for your sale, and inclusion on our town map so people can find your sale. Gallery 25 Summer Art Show: Heatwaves & Hues
This workshop is for all the Swifties in our community! Join Andrea Dener and learn how to make colorful and fun friendship bracelets! Wear them around for a pop of color in the summer, or to Taylor's next gig! This 2 hour class is for ages 5-17. Any child under the age of 8 must have a guardian stay and help them with their bracelets! This workshop is $15 with an additional $10 materials fee paid to Andrea Dener the day of class. You are welcome to create as many bracelets as you can in the two hours you have! We can't wait to see what you create!
Taylor Swift Friendship Bracelet Workshop
If you enjoy watching and listening to birds and want to help them, please come, discover ways to make your property bird-friendly. We will identify some of the birds that live in our area, and discuss how to help them by providing the plants they depend on. Bring a 2-liter soda bottle or a similar container if you would like to make a birdhouse to bring home. Sponsored by the New Milford Garden Club.

This is a two-day course to experience the pottery wheel (plus a day for glazing) where you will throw one piece of pottery on the wheel, & trim the base during the second visit. You can glaze your piece at your leisure once it's out of the kiln. $245 per couple. Needs a minimum of 2 couples to run this class.

a Studio Affair
Join the Sherman Chamber Ensemble for a special concert celebrating the genius of Antonín Dvořák.
Featuring Susan Rotholz on flute, Suliman Tekalli and Jane Chung on violin, Sarah Adams on viola, and Eliot Bailen on cello. Works include String Quartet No. 13 in G major, Op. 106 and Terzetto in C Major, Op. 74 for flute (originally violin), violin and viola.
Dvořák (1841-1904) was the first Bohemian composer to achieve worldwide recognition, noted for turning folk material into 19th-century Romantic music.
Violinist Suliman Tekalli joins the Sherman Chamber Ensemble for the first time. He has established his unique voice as an exciting and versatile soloist and chamber musician through his visceral yet elegant and mature performance style, captivating audiences with the depth of his interpretations an assured technique.
As the top prize winner of the 2015 Seoul International Music Competition and prize winner in the Sendai, Lipizer, and Szeryng International Violin Competition, Suliman Tekalli’s performing career has taken him throughout the U.S., Canada, Central America, Europe, and Asia, gracing the stages of numerous halls including Stern Hall at Carnegie Hall, the Seoul Arts Center, Wigmore Hall, and the Millennial Hall at the Kennedy Center among others. His performances have been broadcasted on live TV and radio from KBS TV in Korea, Montreal Canada’s CBC Radio 3, WQXR, and NPR.

Gallery 25 Summer Art Show: Heatwaves & Hues
The New Milford Commission on the Arts hosts the third annual Arts Festival on the Green. It features over fifty fine artists and some artisans who exhibit their work from tents on the New Milford Green. Local dance, theatre, and music groups perform under a big tent near the bandstand. The event is free and runs from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
New Milford Arts Festival
The New Milford Commission on the Arts invites artists to submit their work for its third annual Arts Festival on the Green, taking place on June 28, 2025.
The Arts Festival is a juried fine art and artisan show that also features performances by local students, as well as dance, theater, and music groups.
Artists may submit up to five images. Registration deadline is May 31, 2025.

Merryall Center is thrilled to welcome Joe Crookston to our stage. From touring with Gordon Lightfoot, headlining major US festivals, receiving Folk Alliance International "Album of the Year," releasing NINE BECOMES ONE (2023) to being named Folk Alliance International Artist-in- Resident, Joe is on fire. He's played with Suzanne Vega, Dar Williams, David Francey, John McCutcheon, John Gorka, Judy Collins, and hundreds more.
Special Guest Opener - John John Brown
John John has been chosen as a Kerrville New Folk winner and an Emerging Artist at the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival. He is known for mixing storytelling songs with the visual arts creating “an imaginative musical performance woven into a unique visual experience.”

Join R.A.M at the JCC on June 28th for a jammin’ good time! This trio has been together for more than 5 years, singing and playing songs from the 1960’s and 1970’s. Its time to listen to some feel good music and be with friends!

Band Members:
George Potts (Guitar & Vocals), has been a resident of Kent, CT for the past 49 years. He is most often been seen performing & recording as a member of the NWCT acoustic quartet, the JOINT CHIEFS, as a bassist accompanying singer WANDA HOUSTON, as a solo singer/songwriter, and in various duos and trios, including Random Access Memory. His first solo cd, "Ends and Odds", was released in late 2022, and got as high as #17 on the FAI Folk Music charts (he is still waiting for a check….).
Connecticut native, and multi-instrumentalist Gordon Titcomb (Guitar & Vocals) has spent the last 30 years touring and/or recording with a number of the world's best known musical entertainers including Paul Simon, Arlo Guthrie, the late Peter Yarrow & Noel “Paul" Stookey, Hank Williams Jr., Peter Rowan, and Bill Keith. An in-demand accompanist, his instruments include guitar, mandolin, banjo, dobro and pedal steel. He currently makes his home in Woodbury, CT.
Brooklyn-born Lenie Colacino (Bass Guitar & Vocals) starred as "Paul" in the original production of BEATLEMANIA on Broadway and later toured the world with the show. He later founded the well-known tribute band, The Cast of Beatlemania. Lately he can be found occasionally playing bass with Jay & the Americans. Lenie lives in Northern New Jersey with his wife, Barbara and their dog, Trooper.
