Gunn Jr Library: Summer Reading Book Club for Grades 4-6

This August, young detectives are invited to sharpen their sleuthing skills at the Gunn Junior Library’s Summer Reading Book Club, featuring the mystery Opal Watson, Private Eye. Designed for readers entering 4th through 6th grade, this three-week literary adventure promises page-turning fun, spirited discussion, and plenty of pizza. The program aims to encourage a life-long joy of reading, critical thinking and building community.

Part mystery, part comedy, Opal Watson, Private Eye follows a pint-sized investigator with a nose for clues and a knack for finding trouble in all the right places.

Registration is required. When you RSVP for the first meeting, you will automatically be registered for the whole series.
